This post is a day late because we were sending off our very good friends yesterday. We are all very sad to see them go, but excited that they get to be closer to their families and are moving forward in the direction they want their lives to go. We have loved every minute we got to spend with them!
Summer is coming to a close for Dave, he starts up school next week. We have enjoyed having him home so much! Here are a few pics of our summer fun!

Hello Wednesday
A week or so ago we had an awesome storm blow through town. Aiden and I were alone at home and we had a blast. Since almost all of our windows lack screens, we got to enjoy the storm in a non-traditional fashion. We could not enjoy it from our porch because the water flooded the area, so we got to enjoy the storm by sitting in the window sill. Aiden loved the rain, hail, thunder and lightning. He truly is a kid after my own heart.I don't really have any thrilling updates or news, we have spent most of July at home. I do however have fun pictures and videos to share! :)
One of the crabs from our fish tank. Aiden LOVES to search for the crabs!
Aiden loves to put things on his fingers, just like his uncle Matthew with olives. Also notice, he is rocking superman underwear. We are in training.
First time in a Bounce House. He LOVED it. I was terrified.
Block Tower
We made this video during the storm! Love this kid!

Drum Roll Please...
We have crammed our family into a little Toyota Corolla since the beginning of our relationship. It was a suitable car when it was just the two adults and two dogs. When Aiden came along, it was more than a little crammed. Now that we have another one on the way, we knew that we had to get a bigger car for our growing family. What better way to reveal the gender of our newest addition than by incorporating our first big purchase as a family. :)
A blue minivan for my band of boys. :)
Little Connor John Sanders is due November 17 and we couldn't be happier!
Connor is an Irish name. It means to be "strong willed" and "wise." We chose the middle name John after my father. There is no person that Dave and I look up to more than my dad. He is a one-of-a-kind man and we cannot think of a better way to honor him than to name our youngest son after him. I am so glad that we get to bring our children into a world where they are a part of such a loving family. :)
Happy Wednesday All!! :)
